The style of yoga we teach at The Heat Locker is based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga system. It’s quickly become one of the most widely known and respected practices in America. It combines elements of classical yoga and Bikram yoga to build a practice that brings personal transformation in body, mind, and soul. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga is perfect for those looking to combine physical fitness with intuitive spiritual self-discovery.
